A thirty year veteran of supply, logistics and procurement. In that time I have held many positions with organizations such as the U.S Army, bank industry, and higher education. The knowledge and expertise gained throughout my career have afforded me the opportunities to lead organizations which now include Taylor Consulting Associates INC. We develop methods, solutions, and offer training services to our clients.

Since 2020, I have worked as a consultant, primarily working with small to mid-sized non-profit organizations developing fundraising strategies, prospect research, and writing grant proposals. Projects range from prospecting and pursuing new grant funding opportunities, writing single-program or multiple-program proposals. I additionally work with for-profit enterprises to develop solutions that enhance their ability to successfully contract with public agencies.
